Export format

Exports use the 180 degree open pose. Bambu / Orca 3MF turns supports on when box and lid depths differ.

The exported model is arranged with the lid rotated open around the hinge axis, so the box and lid sit as a single print-in-place layout.
Bambu / Orca 3MF exports keep supports off only when box and lid depths match, and turn them on when either side is lifted above the bed.
Use the box depth slider to add storage volume without changing the lid depth. The lid stays shallow while the tray grows taller.
Auto hinge and opener counts add symmetric repeats on wider boxes. Manual counts are useful when matching a specific hardware or grip style.
Print at 0.20 mm layer height with 3 to 4 walls in PLA or PETG. Test the snap fit on a short print before making a very large box.
